Easter Brunch – SOLD OUT

Sunday, April 17 | Seatings at 11A & 2P in Arrowhead Ballroom

Brunch menu features multiple stations including breakfast items, salads, savory options, seafood, desserts plus an assortment of breads and pastries. The brunch menu listed below will be served in the ballroom. An a la carte Easter menu will be offered in the restaurant.

If you wish to make a reservation for Easter Brunch, you must call the Banquet Office at 630-653-5802. Online reservations will not be accepted for this event.

BREAKFAST STATION
• Bacon

• Breakfast potatoes
• Blueberry blintz
• Waffles with maple syrup

SEAFOOD STATION
• Shrimp cocktail, lemons, cocktail sauce
• Smoked salmon, red onions, capers, mini bagels and cream cheese

KIDS STATION
• Chicken fingers
• Mac and cheese
• Tater tots

SALAD STATION
• Grilled asparagus, lemon
• Haricot vert with bacon and gruyere cheese
• Caprese of Heirloom tomato and bocconcini mozzarella
• Rotini pasta salad
• Caesar salad with Caesar dressing
• Shrimp salad, arugula, tomatoes, olive, lemon vinaigrette

SAVORY STATION
• Herb Roasted chicken, bone-in
• Shrimp rotini pasta with broccoli, parmesan cream and roasted red peppers
• Italian Sausage with marinara
• Honey glazed salmon
• Sliced sirloin of beef with natural jus
• Creamy smashed red potatoes
• Green beans with lemon butter
